Allen F. Fielding, D.M.D.

Dr Fielding received his Bachelor of Science and his Dental Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon as well as a Fellow of the American Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is a Professor at Temple University Hospital, School of Medicine and the Kornberg School of Dentistry. He is a member of many local, national and International Organizations of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is on the Executive Board of the Pennsylvania Society of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons where he has served as president. His publications are extensive in peer reviewed journals nationally and internationally.

Presently he is on the editorial Board of The International Society of Oral Surgeons. He has been invited to present papers both at national and international societies and presently is the Associate Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency program at Temple University School of Dentistry. His many honorary elected organizations include being inducted into The Pierre Fauchard Society, The International College of Dentists and the American College of Dentists. He regularly leads Temple Dental Students to Haiti where care is rendered to over 23 outlying Villages near the town of Jeremie.

His presentations include a reflection of the surgeries of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Presently he is trained in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with his main interests being in TMJ both the conservative and surgical disciplines, implants where he is a Diplomate of International College of Implantology and trauma of the maxilla and mandible.
